Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FXRDP's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FXRDP provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services specifically optimized for Forex trading platforms including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and other trading applications.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or malicious content
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems
• Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after a 7-day grace period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days

6. Service Level Agreement

• We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our VPS services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
• Service credits may be provided for extended outages
• Support response times: Critical issues within 1 hour, general inquiries within 24 hours

7. Data Backup and Security

• You are responsible for backing up your own data
• We provide basic security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection
• We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure or security breaches
• Regular security updates are applied to maintain system integrity

8. Limitation of Liability

FXRDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice
• We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you have 7 days to retrieve your data
• All outstanding fees remain due upon termination

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
