- Expert Advisor (EA) hosting and automated trading systems
- Trading platform hosting and related financial software
- Legitimate business applications and websites
- Development and testing environments
- Data analysis and financial research tools
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Money laundering or other financial crimes
- Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Distribution of illegal content or materials
3.2 Network Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Email harvesting or list building
- Operating mail servers for third parties
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or trojans
- Port scanning or network probing
- Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
3.3 Resource Abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission
- Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage that affects other users
- Running processes that consume excessive system resources
- Using services for backup storage or file sharing beyond reasonable limits
3.4 Content Restrictions
- Adult content or pornography
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Content that promotes violence or illegal activities
- Gambling or betting services (where prohibited by law)
- Pharmaceutical sales without proper licensing
4. Security Requirements
- Maintain strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
- Keep all software and applications updated with security patches
- Do not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Report security vulnerabilities or incidents immediately
- Implement appropriate security measures for your applications
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data or systems
5. Resource Usage Guidelines
Fair Usage Policy
While we provide generous resource allocations, usage must be reasonable and not impact other customers' services.
- CPU usage should not consistently exceed 80% for extended periods
- Memory usage should stay within allocated limits
- Network usage should be consistent with trading activities
- Storage should be used efficiently without unnecessary file accumulation
6. Monitoring and Compliance
- We monitor network traffic and resource usage for compliance
- Automated systems detect and prevent abuse
- We may investigate suspicious activities or complaints
- Customers must cooperate with compliance investigations
- We reserve the right to access accounts to investigate violations
7. Enforcement Actions
Progressive Enforcement:
- Warning: First violation may result in a warning notice
- Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may lead to service suspension
- Termination: Severe violations result in immediate account termination
Immediate Termination
Certain violations (illegal activities, security breaches, severe abuse) may result in immediate service termination without warning.
